Okay, that's enough, thank you very much...
Yes, we're buried in snow up here today, folks. We've had over four feet in four days. I feel blessed to live in snow country. And, I do love to ski. We get lots of snow here. However, it is only rarely that we get four feet from one storm.
To give you a feel for what it looks like here, this is a photo of my grand-daughter, Luna standing next to our entry way. As you can see, the snow is piled up several feet taller than her which would make it around seven feet high.
And I filmed this early this morning:
Also, as I was driving around the lake I noticed that although it was clear overhead, there was a curtain of snow falling over the lake toward South Shore. I pulled over in the Garwoods parking lot and took this photo of their pier and the dramatic skies behind.
No, that is not a black and white photo folks. It's definitely been a grey kinda week here in Tahoe!
Word is that several more feet are expected this weekend...
